Need for Social Housing Highlighted by Overcrowding

In a new briefing, Shetler has uncovered the extent of overcrowding in socially rented homes. The briefing comes with recommendations for the government to invest in the area, and to ensure that new reforms to the Planning Bill include more social housing.
