As all Park Home Site owners must apply for assessment before October 1st 2021, the Ministry of Housing has released guidance to help local authorities make sure the owners meet the requirements for being declared a “Fit and Proper Person” in regards to running a safe and proper site. The Guidance also includes how to calculate what the owners should be charged for the test and administration of the relevant documents.
