Whilst it isn’t good for anyone to be on zero-hour contracts, a joint report by the Trades Union Congress and Race on the Agenda has revealed that there is a disproportionate number of BME workers on these zero-hour contracts. The 15-page report uses official statistics and polling data to provide information on the issue.
