The guidance, which was first published in 2014, focuses on signposting and explaining various support methods for workers who are over 50 years old, and has recently been updated to include details on the new “50 PLUS: Choices”, which replaces “Fuller Working Lives”. The change is to represent a more positive and optimistic commitment to helping over 50s get the most out of their working lives, and let them know they have many choices to pursue.
