Aims:
To raise the awareness of advisers to all the options available when dealing with water debt. Introduce the FreshStart Fund.
Objectives:
To reflect on the money advice process paying particular regard to the Common Financial Statement.
To gain an understanding of context and of South West Water’s debt collection processes.
To consider alternative ways of paying water debt
