This Workshop is an interactive, informal, fun day. It is delivered by our trainer
Sarah who is a published author and a practitioner in the field. Sarah tackles this
serious subject in a light hearted, easily digestible way.

benefit from insight from fellow participants sharing experiences of different and
similar age ranges.
