Torbay Advice Network makes every effort to maintain the accuracy of the information on this website but cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur from the use of this information.
This Privacy statement applies to this entire website - www.torbayadvicenetwork.org.uk, it does not apply to linked external websites.  When linking to another web site Torbay Advice Network recommend that you read its Privacy statement.

Collection of Personal or Other Information

The Torbay Advice Network website does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user’s IP address which is automatically recognised by the web server.
If you are entering a transaction with TAN, requesting information or making a complaint, we may request information from you in order to be able to process this transaction.
Any personal information that we do collect from you, will be legally protected under the Data Protection Act 1998, we have a duty to protect any personal information.  We do not pass on your details to any third party or government department unless you give us the permission to do so or the law requires/permits it.
