Attendance Allowance, sometimes referred to as AA, is a tax-free benefit for people aged 65 or over who need help with personal care because they are physically or mentally disabled.

Free Bus Pass
Available to residents of Torbay aged 60 years or over.

Aged over 60? Then you can apply for membershp to swim free at certain pools in Torbay.
Free TV License
Available from your 75th birthday.

Pensions Credit
There are two different types of Pension Credit. Guarantee Credit is for those aged 60 or over. Savings Credit is for those aged 65 or over.
Wills & Probate
Information about organising your affairs including making a will and applying for probate.
Winter Fuel Payments
If you are aged 60 or over you may get a Winter Fuel Payment to help pay for keeping warm in winter. This can be between £125 and £400 depending on your situation.
